"I met your agent Kevin Whitelaw on 4 Jun 26, when I accompanied Maria for her review. I was very impressed with his professionalism and in-depth knowledge. When the review was completed, I told Kevin that i had never had a review of my policies. He immediately pulled up my policies and proceeded to give me a review. His review was thorough, explained everything in detail as to coverage, pricing and recommendations. When I mentioned that my house roof had been replaced in 2023 hail storm, he reviewed the claim and realized I was not credited for high resistant hail and wind damage shingles that were installed in 2023. Kevin gave me the best detailed review of my policies I have ever received from any insurance company."

"This is hands down the best State Farm Agency. You want to do business with these guys. If you need more details why... read on. Over the years I've gone from an auto policy with renters insurance to nearly two dozen policies (auto, rental property, classic car, motorcycle, primary home, umbrella, business(s), and most importantly life insurance). My needs require that I work with various agencies within different regions. The Good Agency is by far the best. They take personal care with each of their clients to ensure we are well cared for and they always go the extra mile. This was true when I had one policy and is still true today ten years later when I have many more. Thank you, Kevin Good State Farm, for your commitment to stellar service. I do have one suggestion. If you could change the agent's last name from Good to Great, it would be more accurate."
